Ricardo Rosselló Nevares Foundation
The Ricardo Rosselló Foundation exists to engineer beautiful futures. It is built on a simple but consequential idea: better futures do not happen by accident; they are designed. We study the signals, incentives, and systems that shape human behavior—then work to redesign them so people and institutions can achieve better outcomes.
Through the Incentives Lab, Radical Middle, Reform Dynamics, Congressional Delegation, and the Non-Voter Initiative with George Mason University, the Foundation turns ideas into experiments and experiments into action, challenging broken incentives, testing new models, and building pathways for meaningful change. This work is increasingly urgent in an age of accelerating complexity and hyperconvergence, when yesterday’s institutions are being asked to solve tomorrow’s problems.
Our ambition extends beyond any single reform, institution, or political moment. It is human flourishing at scale—creating the conditions for people, institutions, and societies not simply to adapt to the future, but to shape it.
